Day 1

Day 01. Shwedagon/ Chauk Htet Gyi/ Kandawgyi

Arrive in Yangon and you will be Greeted and welcomed by our tour guide at the airport. Then you will be taken to hotel and check in. After that the guide will take you for sightseeing in downtown Yangon to famous places, such as

  • Chauk Htet Gyi pagoda, it is 65 meters long reclining Buddha image.
  • Kandawgyi (Royal Lake) – it is one of the water reservoir lakes in Yangon.
  • Shwedagon, it is a 99-metre Buddhist pagoda that’s by far the most visible item in Yangon’s skyline. According to the legend, the pagoda was built more than 2,600 years.

Day 2

Day 02. (Golden Rock) (B/L/D)

The Kyaiktiyo Pagoda, also known as the Golden Rock Pagoda, is one of the most revered and popular Buddhist pilgrimage sites in Myanmar. Perched on top of a boulder covered in gold leaf, the pagoda is a stunning sight that attracts thousands of visitors every year. It is 160 Kilometers from east of Yangon. It is located on the edge of the boulder of Kyaik Hti Yoe Hill, Kyaik Hto Township in Mon State. The Golden Rock is situated at an elevation of 1,100 m (3,609 ft) above sea level, on top of the Kyaiktiyo hill. You will have to take a four-wheeled drive up to the mountain. Enjoy your ride.

Day 3

Day 03.(Golden Rock – Bago)(B/L/D)

After Breakfast, proceed to Bago. Bago, formerly known as Hanthawaddy, is a city and the capital of the Bago Region in Myanmar. It is located 91 kilometres north-east of Yangon. Bago has some of the most beautiful pagodas of the country. Among the several pagodas, the Shwemawdaw Pagoda, the huge reclining Buddha image of Shwe Tha Lyaung, the four giant Buddha Images of Kyaikpun Pagoda and Kanbawzathardi Palace.

After your tour, you can take a rest in your Yangon Hotel and enjoy your dinner in the hotel.

Day 4

Day 04.(Yangon-Bagan) (B/L/D)

After breakfast, fly to Bagan-Nyaung Oo Airport. You will be transferred to domestic airport after your hotel checkout. It will take about 1hr and 25mins by flight. Enjoy your journey by flight. Upon reaching Nyaung Oo airport, you will meet a friendly driver to take you to your hotel. Check in at a Beautiful Hotel and you can move on your sightseeing for some highlighted places, such as Tharaba Gate and Lacquerware shop. The Tharabha Gate is the only surviving gate of Bagan. The gate is located to the east of the old city. Bagan was fortified by this Gate in 849 CE. .

Day 5


Day 05. (Bagan) (B/L/D)

After breakfast, your guide will be waiting for you in the lobby for sightseeing to some famous places as mentioned below,

  • Ananda Temple, it has saying that it is the finest architecture in Bagan. The temple was built in 1105 AD by King Kyansittha.
  • Dhamayangyi Temple, it is the most massive one in Bagan. It is an unfinished structure built by King Narathu inn 1167-1170AD.
  • Thetbyinnyu Temple is the highest temple in Bagan. This temple was completed in 1150-51AD during the reign of King Sithu.
  • Shwezigon Pagoda was built by King Anawrahta, the founder of Bagan in (1044-1055AD). The Pagoda is the most powerful one in Bagan. There are 37 Nat spirits’ shrines on the Pagoda platform as well.
  • Manuha Temple was built by King Manuha (prisoner of war)in 1067. You will feel a bit uncomfortable as the temple size and images are fitted and cramped.
After sightseeing, your guide will take you to the local restaurant to have dinner. Then you can have a good rest in the hotel.

Day 6

Day 06. (Mandalay)

After breakfast, your driver will take you to Mandalay. It takes about 4hours from Bagan to Mandalay. Check in your hotel. Then you can go to the local restaurant to have your lunch. After that you can visit to Kuthodaw (World Biggest Book), Shwenandaw (Golden Palace), Sanda Muni Pagoda and Atumashi Kyaung.
After your tour take a good rest in your hotel.

Day 7

Day 07. Mandalay

After Breakfast, take a tour around Mandalay. Your tour sites are Maha Muni, Maha Gandayone Monastery, Mandalay Palace, Stone Curving, Gold leaves making workshop, Mandalay Hill, and U Bein Bridge.
Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 8

Day 08.(Pyin Oo Lwin)

After breakfast, your driver will drive you to Pyin Oo Lwin. In Pyin Oo Lwin, you will have to visit these places,
Mahar Annt Htoo Kan Thar Pagoda

The Pagoda his its own story. When the three Buddha Images were sent to China, one of three was fallen down and could not lift it. After seven preaching by a Buddhist Monk, the Image could lift up. Then local people placed the pagoda in the building.

Kan Daw Gyi Botanical Garden

The National Kandawgyi Gardens (formerly National Botanical Gardens) is located in the Alpine town about 1.5 km south of Pyin Oo Lwin (formerly Maymyo), Myanmar. It was first founded by Alex Roger, a forest research officer, with the aid of Lady Cuffe, the botanist in 1915. The garden has many collection of flora, including foreign species, orchids of various species in orchid garden, dahlia gardens, rose gardens, many exotic fruits and shady trees. In 2000, the garden was upgraded to be a recreation garden and renamed it “Kandawgyi National Gardens”.

Pate Chin Myaung Cave

Peik Chin Myaung Cave (also known as Maha Nandamu Cave) is located on the Lashio road near Wetwun village, 12 miles east of Pyin Oo Lwin town. It is a limestone cave estimated between 230 million and 310 million years old. The cave is called Peik Chin Myaung as plenty of Peik Chin plants used to grow there. The entrance of the Peik Chin Myaung cave is about 20 ft wide and 1,600 ft long. The long cave is filled with so many Buddha images and pagodas in various sizes and positions at every corner and niches.

Purcell Tower

Purcell Tower stands in the heart of the town, Pyin Oo Lwin. The clock was one of the few made in 1934 by Gillette and Johnson Co. of England in commemoration of the Silver Jubilee of the reign of King George V of Britain.

December Café and Milk Bar

Situated on the way of May Myo – Larshio Road as a garden or restaurant. Relaxing with flowers and Strawberry fields as one stopping place. Having lunch or snacks with fresh milk be appeased. Their favorite menu is fresh milk from a dairy farm behind the garden. Also, get experience how they farm for dairy cattle.

Day 9

Day 09.(15th Nov) (Mdl-Heho)

You will need to check out the hotel and travel to Heho by car. It will take about 9 or 10 hours as there is no flight from Mandalay to Heho. Upon arrival, the Hotel will welcome you and assist you to check-in. After check-in, you can relax and energize for the next day.

Day 10

Day 10. (Inle Lake)

After breakfast, take a boat ride in Inle Lake. Known as the heart of Shan State, Inle Lake is about 39 km away from the capital city of Shan State. The massive highland lake is located 900 m above sea level and is 22 km long. The mountain ranges that surround the area are reflected on the lake’s surface, offering an impressive view. The natural lake is untouched and clean. Its shores and islands are mostly populated by villagers called the Intha people who are famous for their unique leg-rowing method.

Some famous places to visit in Inle are:

  • Paungtaw Oo Pagoda (5 small gilded Buddha images)
  • Alo Taw Pauk Pagoda (one of the 84000 small and big pagodas donated by King Ashok)
  • Lotus/silk weaving workshop
  • Silverware workshop
  • Ngaphe Chaung Kyaung (Wooden monastery built in the 1850s)

Day 11

Day 11.(Heho-Yangon)

This is the day to say “Goodbye” to Inle and its people. You will need to check out and fly back to Yangon.
Upon arrival in Yangon, check in the hotel and go sightseeing downtown.

  • Maha Bandoola Garden (Independent Monument is in the middle of the park)
  • some colonial aged buildings.

Meal: Lunch & Dinner in Yangon.

Day 12

Day 12. Yangon-Taipei

Check out the hotel and transfer to International Airport.
